Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010)

I'll admit I have never seen this film before and I finally got around to watching it because I'm really intrested in the anime that is out and I wanted to watch this before that and it's been on my list of movies I need to watch for a long long long time, so here is a few thoughts.
something I didn't expect but this film is really funny it doesn't feel like the jokes interupt the tone but they flow with it, the mundane vibe that thsi film gives off at times often helps that comedic timing which is something that I found intresting. the cinematogrpahy was great but most people know that from the hundred of video essays that are on yotuube.
one thing I really loved was the score and how it felt like it was something special, at times it felt pretty normal and then there are those subtle 8 bit sound effects that take over at times. another thought the mundane vibe and immediately contrasting that with super cool 8-bit graphics is really cool super unique. already love this film, really good and I am wanting to watch it again.
